DATO’ HAJI ZAINAL BIN IBRAHIM

An experienced contractor and businessman who has been in the construction business / line for more than 30 years.

He had set up a construction company, Zainal @ Shariff Ibrahim Sdn. Bhd. in 1982, a class “A” contractor, which had since grown up and become a reputable company, precisely in Terengganu.

The company since inception had secured and completed numerous big projects / contracts awarded on scheduled.

The current project in hand worth at RM242 millions awarded by Kerajaan Negeri Terengganu is “Cadangan Pembangunan Projek Jambatan Di atas Sungai Terengganu Ke Pulau Sekati, Kuala Terengganu”.

The expected date of completion will be on 28/8/2015.

DATUK HAJI MOHD ROZI BIN IBRAHIM

Graduated with a Bachelor Of Science In Civil Engineering in 1998, from University Of Tri-State, Indiana, USA.

After graduating, he joined Zainal @ Shariff Ibrahim Sdn.Bhd. as Project Manager.

A professional engineer registered with The Board Of Engineers (Malaysia).

Now, he is a shareholder cum Project Director in Zainal @ Shariff Ibrahim Sdn. Bhd.

He has an extensive experience and knowledge in building and road works for more than 15 years.

He leads the Project & Technical Department in Kenanga Marketing Sdn. Bhd.

AHMAD BIN ABDULLAH

Upon completion Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan (STP) in 1973, he ventured into the business, related into Oil and Gas and construction at Paka, Terengganu.

He was involved as supplier, supplying parts and components to Petronas Carigali Sdn. Bhd. and Exxon Mobil.

Besides that, he was involved in the construction projects / contracts awarded by relevant goverment agencies.

He was involved in the following companies as shareholders and directors:-

• Daya Perniagaan Enterprise – Oil & Gas (1986-1990)
• Shinnastra Sdn. Bhd. – Oil & Gas (1989-1996)
• Gaspel Engineering Sdn. Bhd. – Oil & Gas (1997-2000)
• Permata Na’im Sdn. Bhd. – Oil & Gas / Construction (2007-2013)

He has an extensive experience and knowledge in general trading and constructions businesses for more than 30 years.

He leads the Trading/ Marketing Dept. in Kenanga Marketing Sdn. Bhd.

MUHAMMAD BIN AWANG

He graduated in Diploma in Banking (1979-1982) from UITM, Shah Alam.

Pursued further study and graduated in Bachelor Of Business Administration, majoring in Finance with Honours (1983-1984) from Ohio University, USA.

He served with a few bank i.e. UMBC Bhd, BSN Commercial Bank Bhd and Affin Bank Berhad.

He tooks VSS in February, 2002 from Affin Bank Berhad, with the last position as Branch Manager to venture into business.

He was involved in the bunkering & diesel reseller business for Petronas Dagangan Berhad and Shell Trading Malaysia Berhad, with licenses issued and based at Free Duty Zone, Pengkalan Kubor, Kelantan and Fisheries Port, Tok Bali, Kelantan.

Then he ventured into the franchising business, acted as franchisee for The Royal Mint Exchange (M) Sdn. Bhd.

He had 18 years experience in banking and 11 years in general businesses.

He leads the Administration / HR and Finance Dept in Kenanga Marketing Sdn. Bhd.
